DigiDaaS, LLC (“DigiDaaS,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide our services and manage your account
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send service updates and important communications
- Improve performance, reliability, and security
- Send marketing where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, with your consent, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes—including meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements—after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.
